Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near all activities in Asheville, making it easy to reach the area's points of interest. The rooms were heavily scented and lacked a refrigerator, with no balcony or patio offering proper views. The service was above average, with courteous and knowledgeable staff. The dining options were outstanding but provided by an outside vendor. The location is pet-friendly and suited our needs perfectly.
I had a great time at the hotel with a few ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the location and available hot tub made me change rooms due to darkness and mustiness. The service was super helpful, especially during the conference, although they were very busy, they were kind and polite. The location was awesome, close to the Bilmore Estate and Village, perfect for finding great food quickly, and it was very clean as well. The dining experience was really good, but for a $250 room, breakfast mainly should have been complimentary. Overall, it was a terrific stay with some minor setbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable, but not as clean as expected. Although I requested a room with a patio and courtyard view at the front desk, the view was obstructed by bushes and trees. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations for nearby shopping and restaurants. The location was superb, especially for visiting The Biltmore Estate and surrounding areas. However, I found the price a bit high for the value received.
